These terms govern your use of xpansive.co, the website of Xpansive, a software studio based in Bogotá, Colombia. By using the site you accept them; if you don’t agree, simply don’t use the site.
They are deliberately short. The site is a marketing and recruitment site — actual project work is governed by separate written agreements, not by these terms.
What this site is
xpansive.co presents Xpansive’s services and lets you contact us or apply to work with us. It exists to start conversations — nothing on it creates a client relationship by itself.
Acceptable use
Use the site as it is meant to be used. Don’t attempt to break, probe, or overload it; don’t submit forms under false identities or with automated tools; don’t use the forms to send unlawful, abusive, or irrelevant bulk content.
We may block traffic that abuses the site or its forms.
Intellectual property
The content of the site — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Xpansive. You may read it, link to it, and quote it briefly with attribution; you may not republish it as your own or use the Xpansive name and brand without permission.
Informational content, not an offer
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions of our model, prices, and returns explain how we like to work, not the terms of a contract — every engagement is governed by its own written agreement, negotiated and signed separately.
The metrics on the landing page labeled EXAMPLE are exactly that: illustrative examples of what a measured result looks like. They are not claimed case studies and describe no specific client.
Privacy and data protection
How we handle personal data submitted through the site is described in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and, for Colombian-law purposes, in our Personal Data Processing Policy — both published on this site. Those documents, not these terms, govern your data.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xpansive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
Severability and changes
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here, with its date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
